Title: An exquisite Tibetan altar cabinet with scull cup and pelt painting and golden ornaments

Description: An early 20th century Tibetan cabinet. The cabinet features an exquisite painting with a scull cup, animal and pelt motif on a bright red background. The scull cup is a receptacle containing a sacrificial offering to wrathful protective deities of the blood and organs of demonic enemies severed by a curved knife, also included in the painting. The cabinet is decorated with golden ornaments. The border of the cabinet consists of three layers, including a skull and head design on the interior, a colorful embossed lotus painting in the middle, and a geometrically carved protruding exterior with a thunderbolt ritual object motif on a black and gold colored background.

Condition: The cabinet and painting are almost fully intact with only slight signs of wear.
